A hackspace has started up near me so I've immediately joined to support them. With the realisation that I now have workshop machines available to me I started thinking about a radio project to make the most of this. I'm in the process of designing a Hellschreiber copy starting with the printer. Cool!
I'm currently sourcing motors and speed controllers to drive the printer head and paper tape feed and have found a source of paper tape (ticker tape).
